My experience began with a score of 1 but ended with a score of 5. After the initial mapping ultra sound proving I had severe varicose veins, I scheduled all the appointments suggested by Dr. Phillippi. I contacted my insurer for approval and pre-authorization and then requested time off from work well in advance of the first appointment. I received a phone call just before my first appointment that the clinic had not received pre-authorization and I would have to reschedule all of the appointments which left me feeling more than unhappy. Things turned around and the office manager reached out to help me get things back on track if I was still willing to use their services. I agreed, and I have since finished all of the procedures and am now on the mend. Dr. Phillippi and his staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Medical Procedures of Wisconsin Odana Road and the services they provide.

I had laser hair removal and forehead Botox done by Natalie and had such a wonderful experience. She made me feel super comfortable the whole time, and talked me through each step as she was doing it. This was my first time ever doing Botox so I was a bit nervous, but Natalie answered all my questions and put me at ease. Definitely going back again to see her!

Natalie was awesome! I got Botox for the first time and love the results! I wanted everything to look natural and she listened to my requests and gave me exactly what I was asking for. Will definitely be back to see her again

Natalie Klaas did a fantastic job with my lip filler! She was considerate of my discomfort and they looked fantastic when I was done. Ive had my lips filled elsewhere before, but this was the least amount of bruising Ive ever had. I will be back!
