This is the only exercise I've ever been able to stick with. I've had several of the teachers and they are all incredible. They are patient and kind, and all have great experiences to pass along. Definitely a great place to try alternative exercises!

Super welcoming atmosphere, lots of fun, and I love that I don't need to purchase a whole 8-week program. The small class size makes me feel very safe and well-attended to. I've only done two classes so far, but I know I'll be coming back regularly as it's pretty affordable compared to other classes in the area. Sign up for a class! You won't regret it.
