Just had my dryer vent and air duct system cleaned and they did an excellent job. They were also more affordable compared to the other companies I called quotes for in the Madison area. They answered all the questions I had and were very professional. I will definitely use them again in the future!

We used Specialized Cleaning Services, Inc. to clean our air ducts.  They were great!.  A team of 2 guys handled the entire house in about an hour.   Very professional and personable.   They did a fantastic job, cleaned up afterward and made sure everything met our expectation.  It's amazing what collects in your home that you don't see. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

When we had an uptick in stuffy noses in our house, we could tell there was something about the air quality that we needed to remedy. As a first time homeowner, air duct cleaning wasnt something I even thought about needing to be done, but after doing some research, we determined this could be a factor in our breathing/stuffy nose issue. I came across Specialized Cleaning Services in my ValPak. The coupon (at the time of this post) was $174 for 12 vents. Any additional vents would be $15 each. After reading reviews and researching other options, I decided to give them a shot. When I called to schedule an appointment, my phone call was answered promptly and an appointment scheduled right away. They said they would arrive between noon and 1 on the day of my appointment and they ended up coming at 11:30! It felt like they valued my time and I was happy they arrived early (theres nothing worse than a company saying they will arrive during a time range and showing up at the tail end of it or even beyond the time quoted). I quickly learned there was a reason they have so many positive reviews! Steve and Adam were easy to work with, personable, and genuinely cared about doing a great job. Before they started any work, they went through and counted the vents (my house had significantly more than the 12 vents) and gave me a quote. I like this because I knew what to expect and if I had any questions, they were happy to answer. The whole process took about 1.5 to 2 hours. They were cautious, put everything back the way it was when they arrived, and made sure all vent covers were put back on. At the end, there were no surprises and I paid the amount they quoted at the beginning. If youre looking for a company who works honestly and stands by the quality of their work, youll be happy to receive service from Specialized Cleaning Services! I also personally love that this a family owned business and look forward to giving them my business in the future, as well as recommending them to family and friends of my own!
