        I would like to say thank you so much to Crystal Wood, she is so professional, kind , and friendly . I was told i could get help from the store over the spectrum services phone. Before I have tried several times from the phone, but it didnt help. And I did get help from cute Crystal Wood at the store. I will highly recommend her to be your specialist when you need help.         The store staff is good but the company is disgusting. They do everything to make you feel that doing business with them is a terrible idea! I don't know to write down what happened because I don't want to remind me what disgusting things they did again.
