First came to Lakewood clinic April,2019.Seen by Dr.Jun,only to be referred to oral surgeon in Milwaukee,due to shortage of oral surgeons in this area that would take ForwardCare/low income patients. As of Jan.2021,its been a yr since tumor was removed,yet no followups at all by Dr.Jun or clinic itself.I was told once when i called in, to just wait after the covid pandemic,and now that im one shot into the vaccination and still not able to eat properly..one has to wonder if these people even recall anything about myself or situation of needing the rest of my teeth extracted. Sadly,it seems anymore that the patients are the ones jumping through hoops for the shortcomings of convoluted medical regimes. To of had to relocate to get the oral surgery in the first place,with no followups at all wouldnt make any patient feel comfortable with such practices.This is being posted Monday,April 26,2021.Gretchen Tolsma is likely the best person who works there,that actually cares for her patients,however she still failed to intervene and review the situation when i had to return from milwaukee due to oral surgeon requesting basic medical physical exam.Again,this clinic serves the interests of low income,and underinsured,but fails to recognize that circumstances such as relocating for a medical procedure doesnt come easy for low income folks.

Gretchen Tolsma is my primary care provider. She manages my ADHD along with other medications I am on. She is by far one of the best providers I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable and good at what she does. She has a passion for patient care and it shows. She stands up for what is right and has gone out of her way for me. I couldn't thank this clinic enough for fitting me in when I'm sick and working around my work schedule for appointments. I can't thank Gretchem enough for how well not only her but the employees take care of me at this clinic. I would deffiantly recommend her to anyone she is amazing.
