Contacted Kyle about doing a pad and driveway, and he was super responsive, came out and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable, said the job would take a couple weeks to finish. We were very happy with the initial pour, nice smooth finish, appears well done. We paid the rest of the job off on the day of first pour, and since that day it has been over three months and we have not seen him once. He has not responded to voicemail, email, or text message in about a month, and his last message was a lie saying that he would be at our location next week. This was a month ago. I am leaving this review in the hopes that he will see it and contact me. Service: Driveway installation

Kyle and his wife (owners) were given a $1,000 deposit for a concrete patio to be poured in Antioch, IL. He sent the scope of work, timing and pricing by text. He promised to do the job months ago, but never called or showed up and won’t respond to my messages. I have repeatedly asked for my deposit back. Many complaints online. Unfortunately, a good friend of mine referred him and I didn’t do the research I normally do. Small claims filed.
