Apostle Islands Kayaks-Madeline Island

Ed returned my call in the evening; better service than expected! Ed obviously wants everyone to have a good time. Both when we were in the kayaks on the water AND the next day when we were NOT SORE because Ed taught us how to paddle correctly. Highly recommend.

What a fabulous experience!!! My 15 and 16yo and adult friend with her 12yo daughter joined on this trip. Ed was knowledgeable and entertaining, and really helped my son out, since it was his first kayak experience, and all our first in a lake this size. He watched for us all, took photos (i.e. we left the phones at home!) and was engaging and just fun. Thanks Ed, for the fabulous tour of your island!!!

I shared a paddle with friends over the July 4 Holiday Weekend. Ed was such a delightful guide and leader; knowledgeable about the geology, the area and about our beloved big water, Lake Superior. Our tour began with simple instructions in a calm, protected area. I've paddled for years and never had anyone explain technique quite so well. There was no pushing or pressure to paddle any faster or harder than we wanted to all with the utmost priority on our safety. I hope to visit again and I will definitely book this service.

Ed Kale ripped me off. Took my money for kayaking, cancelled the trip, and then didn't refund the money. He's a thief!
