Called to make appointment to help with social security forms. Put on hold for 15 minutes and never got an appointment

We only waited for probably two minutes before our ticket number was called. I think the whole thing took maybe five minutes for a name change and new social security card!

You better have an hour or more to spend here. We walked in to change a name on a social security card, had 1 person in front of us, then watched as 4 people walked in behind us and got served before us. The purpose of a number system is to maintain order without a line. Unfortunately most matters are county specific but if you can avoid this place I suggest going somewhere else.

I went to this office and I had a great experience. I was in and out in a few minutes. There was this super cute Air National Guard lady who had a very genuine positive attitude and gave me reassurance I would get my replacement card in a timely matter.

Trying to sign up for SS and given incorrect information. Finally sent in the forms. There were mistakes on the forms(partially due to former employer). I was not informed of the mistakes and found out very close to the time of retirement. I asked to speak to a supervisor who would barely let me get a word in. Sounded like a speech. Brian was the employee that dropped the ball! Probably not there anymore!
