Niebuhr Plumbing & Heating

Our water heater leaked over the weekend so we drained it and shut it down. We hadnt used Niebuhr Plumbing before but saw good reviews so gave them a call. We didnt want to pay an emergency service charge so left a phone message Sunday with make, model, that water heater was still under warranty and that wed like it replaced asap on Monday. I received a call from Niebuhr Plumbing Monday morning at 7:20 saying they would be at our house to install the new water heater in 20 minutes. The two men that came were extremely positive, friendly, professional and efficient. No damage was done while hauling those big tanks up and down from the basement and they left no mess at all. Wow, I didnt think service like that existed anymore! Theyve earned our business going forward! The folks at Niebuhr are always great, no matter what service we've needed! They make the processes quick and easy, and explain and even teach along the way. We have always had fantastic experiences and won't use anyone else!

I did a slight update in my bathroom, and the staff at Niebuhr was very helpful. The young plumbers on the job were very courteous and did a great job installing the new fixtures. The communication was excellent
