Always exceptional service. I went to get some new pieces for my machine today and it went super smoothly. I have ordered parts online in the past, but having the items right there within minutes with experienced staff is worth it. Family Medical is a trustworthy resource I will continue to use.

Above and beyond type of incredible service. We went to the store while on a trip 300 miles from home and discovered we forgot a key piece of the cpap machine. The store was closed when we arrived at 5:02. But an employee turned around from her car and came back to the store! She knew exactly what we needed and found it quickly. We were done and back on our way in a few minutes. All with a smile and helpful attitude. She saved our road trip from long sleepless nights. Thank you!

I'd like to thank the staff here. I just moved to Texas, and I miss the personalized service I received here. They were very helpful with knowing what my insurance covered and how often I could receive my supplies. Wish I could've taken them with me when I moved. Yes, I've used Amazon, but why? Their services far outweigh a few bucks!!
