        After the La Crosse location ran out of our Dog's specific food (which they carry at both locations), they said that they would make sure that they always had it on hand, even letting them know how often we buy our 15 year old dog his 4.5 lb bag of his Orijen. Well once again they are out. We've gone over this more than once even having the groomer in Onalaska bringing a bag down to the La Crosse store in the past. Now our 15 year old dog is not eating his normal food. You have showed ZERO Professionalism, that you don't care about your customer's needs and that overall you don't care if you customer just flat out leaves you as a customer. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!
