I absolutely appreciate the med cabs...when they are safe drivers....with some I feel like I am holding onto the arm rest on the door praying that I live through this and we make it safely... 9-10 times...they show up on time..if not early. Which is very important for me....It's usually a smooth car ride...from point A to point B depending on what shape their vehicle is in lol.... Now the only reason this didn't earn 5 stars, is due to some of the drivers, talking on their cell phones (not using the hands free method) while driving. It concerns me and I would suggest that the manager make it a rule...that the drivers cannot be on their cell phones while transporting the passengers?...please & thank you..🙂

I understand that things happen to cause a delay. It would be nice to get notifications that there is a delay or at the very least someone to actually answer the phone at their offices when you try to call and find out how long the delay will be

Beware their drivers! Again this morning, one of their vans was speeding down Hwy 16, weaving in and out of traffic like an angry high school kid, without using turn signals, playing games with other drivers, and with a headlight out. I can't imagine entrusting a loved one to these guys. Stay safe -- choose a different company!
