I was having trouble with my phone for 3 days which was extremely stressful. I felt like I wasn’t getting anywhere with getting help. I went to Best Buy and was given great service by Nichols S ll. He was so helpful and fixed my situation and had me on my way. He mentioned that he was new. Had he not told me that, I would never have known! He gave great customer service and made sure my needs were taken care of. Definitely a great addition to Best Buy and if I need anymore help, I hope he is the one that I get when I go in the store!
