If i could give them zero stars I certainly would. I asked John, "is the ball-joint by the front passenger tire broken?" John later checked and told me "no." 6 months later I brought my Jeep in for the power steefing pump to a different mechanic. The mechanic told me the ball joint is most certainly broken and the that the past mechanic, John, coast you around $500 for I now need new tires do to the unacceptable amount of uneven ware due to the misdiagnosed balljoint. A different time John caused more electrical problems with my vehicle than you could imagine. My android auto display started to malfunction and my left turn signal even stopped working. John took no ownership in the problems, and refused to fix them, even though I had the receipt. Pathetic excuse for a mechanic.
