We did a large scale remodel including a glass backsplash - after research we found the paintable gasket and outlet cover. Unfortunately the paint didn’t adhere to the gasket well despite following the directions. Additionally there was still a gap (which made the outlet cover wobbly) when installed. After expressing issues regarding the product, the owner became hostile, aggressive, and accusatory. The owner said that we are complaining about something that is our problem because he has hundreds of good reviews. Yes we are upset about a product that didn’t perform to specifications and most business owners would be curious as to what happened and try to make the situation right. All this business cared about was assigning blame to the customer and being right. We tried to reach out by email with photos and no response and when we reached out by phone, we were told there was nothing they were willing to do bc we had already painted the gasket. Not much else to be said about business practices and attitudes like this.

I've gotten a painted enamel light switch over and outlet cover from Arnev. They are beautiful. High quality. The shipping cost seems high to me, though. It was around $10 to ship each of these items.

I ordered a custom mirrored Acrylic Grill for my kitchen and was sent the wrong one due. With one phone call, Larry at Arnev, promptly corrected the order and shipped me the correct size. He included a return shipping label as well. I received great customer service and the product I wanted at an affordable price. I highly recommend doing business with this company as they are prompt, courteous and professional. T
