After false starts with several less dependable contractors, we were fortunate to be referred to JS Pokorny. We used them for a kitchen remodel, then again to renovate two bathrooms after a flooding incident. In both cases, they've been honest, professional and pleasant to deal with -- exceeding our expectations. I highly recommend them. No regulars for animals or pedestrians.  They seem old and out of touch. Would not use or recommend based on my short interaction with them.

Contacted this company and they came out right away to look at my property for doing either a garage addition or building a shed. The guy who came out told me I would get a quote emailed to me, but I never received a quote. I also sent a follow up text message and never received a reply.

As a female homeowner, I found myself a bit apprehensive about undertaking an entire bathroom remodel. John Pokorny was highly recommended by a family member, and as it turned out they were 100% right on. John, and his entire crew, were professional, courteous, and hard-working. They showed up when scheduled, took precautions to protect existing items in the home, and cleaned up at the end of each work day. Each professional was proficient at what they did. From tile, to plumbing, to electrical work, each took pride in doing their job to perfection. When the job was interrupted due to delay in product availability, John re-scheduled the work in a timely manner once the product delivered. Upon completion, the result was absolutely beautiful!
