QDOBA Mexican Eats

I should give this a two star but the food was good, served fresh. But I had two issues. It looked like the floors and carpets hadn't been mopped or vacuumed. Maybe it's because they were busy, I don't know but that's what I noticed first. Also one of the workers was on his phone the whole time while making our food, He didn't show or act like he wanted to be there. We felt like we were rushed through our order. He seemed more annoyed that he had to be there working than anything else. I get everyone has bad days at work as well as I do, but I think showing a little bit of professionalism in front of customers can go a long way.

We went in there to take our dinner. We requested them as we are vegetarian we dont eat meat. While making a bowl we saw there was meat in black beans and we told the lady to take it out but she didnt listen and mixed it up in beans so we asked her to give us beans from new bowl and tried to explain what she just did. She was the manager there also very rude and not ready to listen at all. I would not recommend this place if someone is pure vegetarian or vegan as they dont care about the customer. Very poor customer service and bad staff under weak management. I wish I can give 0 star if possible.

First time coming here I love the food it was amazing! I come from Florida and never got the opportunity to go there but I tried here and it taste amazing!

The workers and nice pleasant always goin out there way to make the experience great. I was curious had questions about different proteins they offer even gave taste test. The food always fresh and tasty. Thanks Amanda and Johnny and other young man reddish hair. Kid-friendliness: My kid is picky they are very patient with him.
