Horrible customer service. Scooter never worked from day one. They are not a mobility option. The imobility solution and we wasted a whole summer.

My grandmother bought a motorized scooter from from here not even a year ago, and when she got it it wasn't put together right. The arm is really loose on it. She called and asked for someone to come fix it. He told her she would have to pay 75 dollars to come fix it. She is 94 years old. Mind you she have him over thousand dollars for it and even gave him a tip for bringing it to her. Someone called again to ask if she can have it fixed and he told them that it's normal for the arm to ve like that. No it's not! Like I said she has to use the arm to get up and it should not be wobbly. Come fix it! She shouldn't have to pay for you to fix something that should have been put together right in the first place. Horrible customer service!!!

Went there today to get my sister fitted for a chair lift the young lady was so polite and got us in and out quickly ,we picked out a very nice chair now waiting to be delivered

Called last week and no one answered as they were busy with customers on the floor.Went in there after I called and spent 10 minutes testing a lift chair, looking at brochures, checking out the tub enhancements and not one person ever came out to speak with me. My mother may be in Kenosha but I live in Milwaukee and the thousands of dollars that will be spent to ensure her safety and comfort is going to a company in Milwaukee. A company that greeted me when I walked in their door and spent time with me answering my questions and guiding me. 0 stars would be more appropriate.
