We had constant mold issues from the new windows that were installed when we first moved in along with that because of all the moisture in the 2 bedrooms I had a box of purses that were completely destroyed from the issue issue was brought up nothing was done (in the span of 1 1/2 years rent was changed 3 times) Also My car was badly scratched from the parking lots there also DONT use the storage unit everything in it will have to be thrown away because of mold all in all I had a horrible time living there and would not recommend

My boyfriend and I just recently moved in our 2 bedroom apartment. We love it here. Management is awesome. We have any questions on anything. Management is on top of it and is always there if we need her help. I would highly recommend this is a great place to live. Everything is so clean and kept up to date and it feels like home here. I'm comfy. Updating: I'm so impressed when there is work that needs to be done in my apartment. I put in a work order and it's done the next day. Chris the maintenance man. Does such an awesome job on what needs to be fixed. He was just recently in my apartment because my bath tub faucet was leaking constantly. It was fixed in a timely manner. He can fix anything. Caylia is the best manager ever. I have any questions concerning my lease or anything. She is very helpful. I love how spunky and cheerful she is. She always has a great attitude and treats her residence with respect. Everything is always clean and very welcoming and when I have visitors come to my apartment. They can't believe how clean and welcoming it is here. And residents are very nice here as well. Also the guys that installed the windows. They did a fantastic job. I love our new windows and it's nice. I can't wait to see all of the windows done. So far it looks fantastic on the outside of the building. It makes this old building look great. I would highly recommend for anybody to live here. When I do see an apartment opening. I also post on my Facebook wall there's an apartment for rent. Caylia thank you for such great work you do and you should get a raise for your hard work and Chris you do a fantastic job as well.
