        We were connected with United Exteriors through our home warranty. He came out quickly and said it would be an easy issue to fix but he never submitted a diagnosis to our home warranty company. He ignored all texts, calls, and emails from us, which has delayed our ability to get the issue fixed. Unfortunately were going to have to go through a different company due to this unresponsiveness.

        I called Mon for a quote on my pergola. The guy answers and says hello, not united exteriors how can I help you. We've followed up twice with them for a quote. He told me I would get a phone call by latest end of day yesterday. Never did and it's already Saturday. I've already gotten other companies lined up and they are working on quotes. I don't like to be told something and not have it be followed through. Can't keep promises, don't make them.
