American power came out and did some repairs that we needed urgently in 2021. They came out right away and had the repairs done the next day. But now I have called Tony 5 times since October to do some other smaller repairs and outlet additions. It took those 5 calls to get Tony to come out here and look at everything we needed done, write it down, and tell me hed call back to schedule time to come out and complete the work. This was in February. It is now May and I still have not heard back from them. It is very frustrating and disappointing, and I guess I have to take my business elsewhere. I had to set up a time slot appointment for my tenant. No call, no show. Very unprofessional.

Tony came over the day I called and had the job done within a week. Very professional and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend them .
