Kitty Kat down there must be high because stoltz is by far the best insurance company I've ever dealt with. I've saved boat loads of cash by switching to them.

Very dissatisfied with this company. Owner has extremely poor customer service ability and is very rude. Not an advocate for the insured at all. What is the purpose of having an agent if that agent treats you like gum stuck on the bottom of their shoe when you ask for their assistance in dealing with the insurance company? Insurance Company makes us and the shop doing repairs jump through hoops for everything and then ignores those hoops and does whatever they want anyway, is very inconsistent in their manner of dealing with issues, has a ridiculous number of people involved in one claim, their adjusters are more interested in going hunting than returning multiple phone calls, then completely undercuts the repair estimates provided by the most reasonably priced shop I can find and insists on replacing all parts with used parts from junkyards. Terrible, terrible service! Insurance is supposed to take good care of you, not cause more undue stress during already stressful times! We will be taking our business elsewhere.
