Dave came out on the coldest day we've had in 23 years to deal with our beeping smoke detector. He REALLY hadn't planned to go out today, but he was quite cheery about helping us. He'll get my business again.

Dave is prompt, great communicator, and tells the complete story.  Has a great amount of knowledge about basement finishing, staircase reconstruction, deck railing and yearly home maintenance.  Dave helped us ascertain whether or not rebuilding our basement stairs was going to be out of our budget and practical, in clouding all of the ins and outs of what we would need to do to prep the home.Everyone in my parents HOA loves his work, name always passed around at meetings for those looking to get great work completed.He comes ready with all equipment necessary to do the job right.  Ask him where the name of his company comes from, he enjoys telling the story.Job site is always left clean.

This company did nice work, however they showed up 1 hour late to begin.  He brought his son and neglected to tell me until the end of the day that the rate went from $60.00 per hour for cash to $120.00 per hour for the 2 of them!   The were scheduled to come back and paint today and 2 hours after they were supposed to be here, I received a text saying they were not coming and could they reschedule for next week.  So although they do nice work, they lack organizational skills and integrity.
