I had used Ultra Clean on multiple occasions now. The first time was at my previous home. I had a cat with vomiting due to a medical condition. He had particularly stained carpet on stairs down into my unfinished basement. I really didn't want to replace that carpet given the basement would eventually be finished and the decision on what to do with those stairs would be made then. They got out all the stains. I just them out to clean the carpet in two bedrooms in my current house that a family members stayed in and left the carpet heavily stained. Again, they got the stains completely out. I have also used them to clean grout in a tile walk-in shower after I moved to this house. They did a great job. Highly recommended.
