Tried to cash a check from a customer here,and they had to call the person who wrote the check to verify that they wrote it out to me. Then she asked me how I'd like the money back and i said all big bills, she says I can't give you all the big bills since I'm not a customer of there's. So why ask how I'd like my money back if it can't be how I want? Then she asked me what my occupation was and then my social security number. That's a lot of red tape to go through to just cash a check. I have never had to do this at other banks to just cash a check.

Poorest customer service EVER
Rules change daily.
No good service.
Won't let me access my money.
Had to take cash out of another account in order to get any cash.
They refused to give me my deposit receipt and refused to do my transactions as I requested and wanted

I came in on Saturday to open a business account. I was greeted immediately by the teller and staff as soon as I entered the doors, very professional.
I was helped by Becky. She was very pleasant and very uplifting. She made the process very enjoyable. I highly recommend working with her for your banking needs. Thank you Becky, for your time and patience.
