Don't commit until you consult with Wayne! He talked me through my repairs needed and saved me a LOT of money. The big name basement repair company had a "scare tactic" I think. but I was/am in good hands with Wayne. If you have basement issues, by all means... consult with him first. So grateful for his service!!!

Wayne has always and still does an excellent job on explaining Foundations, Soils and Grading. I have worked with him professionally and personally MANY times. Would HIGHLY recommend you call him and get a consult done BEFORE you hire a company to repair your walls.

If you have been talking to foundation repair companies, you really need to talk to Wayne first. Whereas the companies are selling repair services, Wayne is only selling a professional inspection. We felt he knew what he was talking about. He gave us a fair and impartial opinion about what, if any, repair was needed. He had our best interests in mind. He had lots of good advice for us and is available for questions following the inspection. We also have a printed report of his inspection. Highly recommended.
