Absolutely ridicuos. My 16 year old son was given a $25 credit to order approved apparel through his employer as a christmas gift. He chose a shirt that was above his $25 certificate amount and paid the additional with his own earned money so he could have a approved long sleeve work shirt. After not recieving the apparel order placed in November I made a phone call in January. I was told the item was on back order and would be arriving in Feb. Around come Feb. and still not item, i called upset becuase there was no communication from this company about his missing order and i was told that the date was pushed back to March. Today being April I called again asking where his order is its now been 5 months and they told me that cant find his backordered item and i would have to talk to the sales person. Absolutly ridiculous. There could have at least been some sort of communication sent to us about the back order, that is understandable given the world we live in. But the complete lack of professionalism is unacceptable from a business. We buy our Hortonville apparel here but i will never again give them any of our money.

Stopped in to order a baseball inform for my child. Received great customer service. Found a few fun items for myself to wear. Great tent event in summer. My work clothes have also been embroidered at this location. Super pleased w previous and current items Ive purchased.

I recently did business with this company and was very satisfied! The price was very cheap and my shirts were printed in a timely matter. 10/10
