Bought a battery for my Mercedes S550 on-line. Their website stated clearly that it fits my vehicle and they offer a free expert install. When I got email confirmation, I called the store #687 to schedule my installation. The store representative said that they can not install the battery I bought from them, and they not even sure it's the right battery for my car (their website stated different on both). Very disappointing! The store representative was polite and refunded me as I asked though.

A rather disappointing experience. The BatteriesPlus website allowed me to make an appointment for cell phone repair. The appointment was specific to my phone model and part needed. This infers that the part is on hand and the repair can be made. Something told me I should call ahead to confirm. When calling the specific location, the store employee informed me that they do not work on Google Pixel products, and they most definitely do not have the parts needed to make the repair on hand. What a waste of time. Two stars since I was able to call and speak with a person at the store.

My husband has purchased several items from Batteries Plus on Noland Rd in Independence Mo. He went in today to see if a battery had any warranty and if not, he was going to purchase another one. An older gentleman was helping him and some young kid that was working at the store kept interrupting him making rude comments to my husband. Basically acusing him of not taking care of the battery and trying to get a replacement.. If it hadn't been for the older gentleman that was helping him, my husband would have walked out and gone somewhere else but my husband felt sorry for him. That young clerk needs some training and people skills because you don't keep customers when you treat them that way

A better name for this company would be Barrieries Minus. Spent $888.00 for 6 golf cart batteries, installed them myself. Works great on flat surfaces and downhill, will NOT pull up any incline. Go back to the store, am told too bad money back policy is 4 months, I am 5 months, I go get the batteries to return expecting to get my money back anyway and then am told return policy is 14 days. Independent load test say 3% load, their test says over 6%, go figure! They refuse refund, refuse any help, so I am stuck with 6 worthless batteries and now must buy 6 new ones, great store here.
