        I can't say enough about Chai Rasavong. My first experience with him was an emergency. I strained my lower back helping my mom move four days before a snowboarding trip to Colorado. I tried massage and chiro but nothing was helping my pain and mobility. The day before I was set to leave I contacted Chai and he fit me in for a consultation and treatment. When I walked in I couldn't bend over or twist without serious pain. After one session with Chai, I could bend over all the way to my toes and twist my torso in all directions without any pain. I didn't have to cancel my trip (saving hundreds in cancellation fees) and had a wonderful week on the slopes. A year later when I started having knee problems from years of sports, my doctor prescribed PT and Chai was the only person I trusted to help me get back better than ever. After 6 weeks of treatment I was back on the soccer field pain free, stronger and more flexible. I can't recommend Chai enough.

        I've worked with Chai for several different PT needs over the last seven years. He's extremely knowledgeable in a wide range of techniques and treatments. He provides follow up exercises and routines for at home care. He is extremely personable and really listens to his patients. It was always easy to schedule appointments.

        This is my second experience with therapist Chai Rasavong. The 1st was SI joint pain that persisted for over 1 year. Then in just 2 weeks I was pain free with Chai's therapy..... and still great from that episode from 18 months ago. This past November I saw him again for neck/shoulder pain and after three weeks I am now pain free. It does come with daily exercises .... but that keeps the pain from reoccurring. Thanks Chai.
