Recently moved to new home with a mound septic system. Had issue with my septic pump going out at 1am and overflow alarm going off. Called Fox Valley Septic (whom my parent’s use for their septic system and highly recommended) right away in the morning. They took my information and had one of their technicians personally call me back in a short time. When Dan called me back he took the time to have me try and troubleshoot the actual issue. When I still couldn’t get the issue resolved on my own, I called Dan back personally and he was able to refer me to a plumbing company that could help me (Brick Plumbing, who was also awesome). Dan also told me to call back if I couldn’t get a plumber out anytime soon, so they could pump my system to buy me some time. This company took the time to actually help me and direct me in the right direction. From now on they will definitely be my go to company for my septic needs.

Good example of a Wisconsin small business! Family operated and reliable as they come. We use Fox Valley Septic for our holding tanks and they always fit us in.
