Very unprofessional & very non responsive. Originally had a scheduled apt.. I work from home, claimed he ran doorbell I never heard it and I have two dogs. I heard dogs and by the time I got to the door they were driving off. He even looked at me as he drove away. I called immediately and was told I'd be moved to end of list. So I gave them another chance as he did work for my parents as well. Called months later, received call back from Heidi who told me next week. Well surprise surprise no show again. I will be reporting to the BBB. Totally inappropriate.

Talked to JJ tree service in July about tree removal. I have waited several months without any communication from them. They do not return your call, they say that they will be there but do no show up, say we are on a list but that was several months ago. If you want to work with a company that has poor customer service does not call back, tells you that they will be there but does not show up this is the one. After five months of waiting I have contracted with another tree removal company that will get the job done. I feel that JJTS gave me a low price to get my business but realized that the job was to difficult and never showed up to do it. Good riddance JJTS.
