This is a company that you would truly not want to work for or with. As an employee that works for this employer you will be treated like you are not worth the air you breathe unless you are the company's owner relative or friend. The number of employees that come and go in just a few weeks to a couple of months are outstanding as for management and communication with it's employees you will be lead down many wrong paths and then be blamed and accused of not doing your work even after you finish everything you were told to do plus more and then be accused for not keeping yourself busy without being told to do anything else. When you ask for work to keep busy after you finish the little work you have the shop supervisor will say "i can do that, I'll find something for you" you will not hear from them for up to a week or more and still be expected to keep busy. If you are a person who has challenges with work or any disabilities that may affect some aspects of job duties but not other's they will not accommodate or work with you at all. The employees who are friends and family of the company or supervisor will make outlandish accusations about you or other employees that are instantiated. The supervisor will then write you up without any actual proof besides the hearsay and then act as if you are completely dishonest. As for being a customer with company I would take my business somewhere that treats their employees with respect and support.

Biggest joke of my life. Zero resepct for employees, mangnment is a mess. When I started I was told to run while I could and I see why now. They seen me as cheap labor instead of an employee.
