Run. Poor customer service. Discontinued our homeowners insurance stating we needed a new roof when we already had one put on and they knew that; and if they didn't, drive by or call. How difficult is that? Non responsive. Instead of calling you back in a timely manner when they eventualy do get back to you they self justify themselves by quoting the exact number of hours they have taken to do so. It's all about them. You, we. all of us as customers need what we need when we need it. And for a company to take their sweet time calling you back they demonstrate no customer focus nor sense of urgency. This review was long overdue. Maybe the parents ran a good shop way back when but the new clan is not good. Glad we chose someone else. And no we arent open to it. You should have addressed our concerns when we needed insurance and service. Not 2 years later

Working with Mongin Insurance Agency has been an excellent experience. We obtained our homeowners and vehicle insurance recently through their insurance agency. Joe and the whole team have been on top of it from the start. It has been as seamless as getting insurance coverage can be. We always know they are looking out for our best interest while getting the best rates/coverage available. We plan to go through Joe Mongin and Mongin Insurance Agency from here on out for our insurance coverage needs. Thanks again for the help and making this process so smooth!

After having our auto policy cancelled due to confusing messaging and mergers...(long story) our old agency wouldn't call us for over a week!!! We called around to several insurance places and only two even called back. Joe at Mongin helped us with the only policy he said would likely cover us because our old policy had lapsed... (The bill was always paid... This is crazy!) and even that one we would have to rush to get. Joe was super helpful even when others wouldn't even take our money. Apparently we will have to wait a year to shop for a better quality policy. What a strange world! BUT thanks Joe for helping us out at the end of your work day!

We recently went through an accident and Luke Mongin and West Bend were there for us. Luke did an outstanding job on making sure we were taken care of. I can't say enough how thankful we are.
