While I will admit that for 12 years we had good service, after buying a new place and moving we have had continuous issues with Rural Mutual droping our coverages, then expressing there was a mistake with the info or underwriting misunderstood something. Finaly ended up working with a district manager with Rural. Who confirmed with us multiple times and in a letter that all was fixed we had coverage, and the payments were setup via escrow. Perfect what we wanted. Just got another letter todsy stating our coverage was dropped again. Would have been 1 start if not for the years of good service. I've never seen a company who didnt want our money so bad.
