Charles was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem on my 1week old dryer right away, took the dryer apart and made the repairs. He even found and fixed another problem while he had the machine apart. This is the kind of service tech that everyone should have.

Technician Charles was very knowledgable and courteous. Very pleased with his work. He also called us on the phone stating he would be at our place within 15 min. Thanks for the fine service. Another Happy customer!

The first time the technician showed up he ran the system through diagnostics and said my heater coil stopped working but now it was okay. He did not take anything apart and said the system should be working. I ran a load that night and it was dirty as before. I contacted Diamond Appliance Repair and they said the tech would be back on Friday afternoon. I took off from work to be there and he never showed. The following week he did show up but again took nothing apart and said I should likely replace it because if I got 6 year out of it that would be good. Not wanting to spend $1500 and the time to replace it I decided to take it apart myself and found that the filter by the chopper blade was covered with food particles. Once I cleaned that and put it back together the system worked fine. I cannot recommend this company. Service: Dishwasher repair

This was the most unprofessional service that we have ever received. Our dryer was making a high pitched squealing sound. First visit Dave came told me my dryer wasn’t under warranty and it would be $116, so I paid it thinking he was going to fix it. Nope stayed about 5 minutes and left saying he had to order a noise kit, and would have to come back once the part came in. Then when he came back the second time was here about 30 minutes, it wasn’t squeaking for the 10 seconds he turned it on for me. Charged me another $94. Went to dry clothes when he left and it started again within 5 minutes. Called the service line got a receptionist who set up another appointment, I clarified I wouldn’t have to pay more money, she just said its under warranty. He came back a third time tried to get another $94 and said that he needed to order a new idler pulley. I had him leave and will never use this place again. What an absolute ripe off. When we called to complain we were told this is just how it is. Had he taken time the first time when he charged me to look for the actual problem, this wouldn’t have happened. He was just looking for more money. So I went on amazon ordered the pulley for $22, and my husband and I installed it ourselves and it no longer squeaks. Lesson learned on this one. Complete lack of respect for people and all that is going on in the world. He also didn’t wear a mask or bootie protectors as I see in the other reviews. So watch out for this place.
