Honestly they're getting away with robbing people with the prices, the service and speeds are horrible, they will be out of business once any other option is available in town, which is coming faster than they think, goodluck grantsburg telcom, get a better service or be left behind, and frankly I think we all hope the company falls under
Edit: starlink is available and the speeds and reliability are much better, setup cost is a little spendy and the price is a little more per month but well more than worth the price for modern day speeds not 90s dial up.

Grantsburg Telcom has always treated us right. Been with them over 10 years. Never have a problem reaching someone and our internet rarely ever goes down. In over 10 years it's never been down more than a hour or so. Great service for a small town.
