        When our septic pump went out we called a plumbing company in Menomonie to replace it.  I consider this an emergency.  We were told they were scheduled two weeks our, but they would come out after hours for time and a half ($130/hr) time starting when they leave the garage to the time they return to the garage.  We called Northland Plumbing who were also scheduled two weeks out, but they came after hours and only charged us standard rates beginning when the should up and left.
