Talbots is a good source for well-made, fashionable, comfortable clothing for women.  Styles tend to be more conservative and professional, East Coast type stuff, skirts, blazers, trousers, silk sweaters and the like.  Prices are moderate - at are slightly above Boston Store or Macy's.  But what I really LOVE about this place is that they stock a wide range of sizes - not just regular misses and petites, but women's plus sizes as well.  For once, I can actually shop in the same boutique as my smaller sized friends and family, and get the same styles.  Kudos to Talbots for getting it right and recognizing that women who wear size 14 and higher deserve fashionable, high quality, professional looking clothing and are a market worth serving.
