Do NOT go here for your auto needs! I had such a horrible experience. The staff have bad attitudes. They quoted me one price for tires and after two hours of waiting the claim to have made a mistake in the quote and tried to get me for another 100 dollars. No explanation but they misquoted me.. although I also confirmed the price online. I said no.. the manager pretty much called me dumb and when I got my car back they didn't even put my tires on back correctly.. I had to pull over and call someone to help me fix my tires that THEY messed up! It's like the deliberately try to sabotage my vehicle! I will never shop there again! They put my family's life in danger!

After waiting 4 hours for a simple tire change I found the tech put the wider tires on the front. Thankfully I checked and let him know before leaving, and he placed them correctly. A month down the line a buddy mentioned that he very well could have placed the tires pointing the wrong way on the wheels. I checked them out and, sure enough, both of the tires on the passenger side were mounted with the tread facing the wrong way.

I normally do not write reviews for services rendered unless they are exceptionally positive or negative. However, my experience with the Sears Auto Center at the Bayshore Shopping Center in Glendale WI was comically bad. The customer service representatives are some of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever spoken with in any capacity. The service techs who actually work on the vehicles appear to be competent, but are grossly understaffed and thus the bottleneck begins before your vehicle even hits the ramp. A simple tire install and balance took nearly 4 hours of my Saturday afternoon. This could have been forgiven if it was the only issue. During my wait in the customer lounge I was given the extra treat of listening to surly customer service representatives treat people like their worst enemy for simply requesting assistance. Phones were always ringing as there was nobody ever present (in mind or body) to answer them. The understaffed and disgruntled service techs would occasionally enter the customer service lounge to express their frustrations in an unprofessional manner as well. You get a one star rating from me only because zero stars were not an option. If I was running operations at this facility I would recommend "cleaning house" and starting over from scratch. Do yourself a favor, and have your vehicle serviced at a different establishment. To summarize the above: Sears Auto Center is "Busch League", get your act together.

Basically, the rudest sears I've ever been to. Making a delivery for the store, no where to park, auto teams jumps my rear about moving my truck. This sears sucks bad. They need nicer staff, and better attuites about what the say.
