Writing this for my grandpa (who doesnt have a Gmail) Went to Ewald for my jeep purchase. Worked with Roy Visor and he was great. Not pushy at all and took the time to explain the car and answer all my questions. I would recommend him and ewald to my friends and family all day.

Bob was very personal and explained everything to where I could understand the entire process as a first time car buyer. He did not rush us into a decision and made sure we loved the car before buying it. He sent me updates on the vehicle as it went through the different stages and worked with our busy schedule. Definitely recommend this dealership for first time car buyers! Had an excellent experience and drove my car home that same night!

We had the opportunity too meet Lonnie Peterson in our appointment,awsome Person, we are very satisfied whit the service that he gave us! Answered all our questions made me and my husband feel comfortable at all times! There's a Great team on the company , they will make you feel so comfortable as soon as you walk in! Our best experience was in this dealership, they will not make you feel uncomfortable at a time of closing a vehicle.

We recently purchased a truck from Derek Franco at the Franklin Chrysler, Jeep, Ram store via the phone. Our business is in Ohio and we were excited to find the truck available that we needed for our business. We all know there are no discounts at this time and we were happy to be able to execute it all remotely and look forward to getting our new truck in the couple of days promised. A few days later and the vehicle had not arrived yet, with more promises that it would be on the way soon, we got a text of pictures with a fair amount of damage to the side of the vehicle. We were told the salesman damaged it when trying to drive it to the car wash. I was gracious when he said he would get it fixed and on the way within a day or so. it's now been a week and he is not answering our calls and will only text us more false promises of when the repairs will be done and the vehicle delivered. He has told me he doesn't have time because he's too busy with other customers to call or give us more details. He's apparently upset that we are contacting him to try to get the information we need. They were quick to get all of the paperwork signed, but slow to deliver on their part and now that they've made this mistake, they don't want to talk to us at all. Still no vehicle and no good information when we will receive it.
