My wife received an eye exam and ordered 2 pairs of glasses. They came in wrong twice and now they want more money to correct the problem. This is completely intolerable for any business.

Well I called today to ask them something and she was very rude. I was going to set an appointment up to get my vision checked but because of her they lost me. Due to her rudeness I will not recommend people to them if they ask. Shouldnt have been rude

wore my new glasses about 10 days out of 45 . had to take back to store 3 times , and they were sent in twice to the company that made them , which took 2 weeks to get back each time , so that means 4 weeks without them . now they wrecked my frames by putting a silver screw in black frames at the store , now they look broken !! person there said, nothing they can do about the silver screw in the frame . since they broke them they should fix them correctly or replace !!! will not go back to this store, or any Wisconsin Vision !!! UPDATE- store contacted me . They are replacing my glasses at no cost to me !! Hope this pair of glasses turns out ok !! Very pleased that they reached out to me !! Only giving them 4 stars , because of the hassle of going back to the store so many times !!
