      Hi Tyler. First and foremost, we share in your frustration. Anytime someone is company canceled, it negatively affects the consumer and our office. Unfortunately, this decision was made by our corporate underwriting department. We will not go into exact details because of privacy issues, but you were mailed a two page cancellation letter and explanation on September 15. Our office manager also helped to explain to you the reason behind the companies decision. As this is not an easy process for anyone, we will reach out to you again to see if we can help you through this process.
