Sarah is amazing and listens and shows care and empathy for her clients. I felt very safe an non judged. The treatments made my anxiety so much better and helps me see the world in a more beautiful point of view which had been hard due to ptsd, depression and a bunch of other things. I'm excited to continue working with Sarah in future weeks!

Ive been so happy with my experience at Revival. At every step, Ive felt like I was being attended to by capable and knowledgeable hands. They were able to answer my questions and concerns while keeping the process and information manageable. The office is clean, comfortable, and pleasant. The rooms where you get your infusions feel private and everything was handled very professionally. The intake process was very easy to navigate (theres a long questionnaire to answer, but its worthwhile).
For folks with depression, its easy to get overwhelmed, to feel stuck, or to feel like a bother, but I never felt that way here. They struck an nice balance of providing guidance while making sure I knew what my options were.
Also, the treatment itself has helped me immensely after over a decade of trying antidepressants. Im so thankful we have this resource here in Madison.

I highly recommend Revival Infusion Madison. They are professional and well educated about ketamine infusions. In addition, their location is clean, modern and convenient to get to.
Sarah is amazing! She knows how to give a gentle infusion experience with medications for anxiety as well as the use of blankets, eye covers, headphones and chairs that give massages and warmth. I also have to say that she is the most skilled at gently putting in iv's. Throughout the process, Sarah is comforting and reassuring. She even called me the following day to see how I was doing and Sarah answered my questions.
I am diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety and Drug Resistant Depression. I have tried numerous medications with lots of side effects. However, after my first ketamine infusion, my depression lifted enough that I felt like eating. I hadn't eaten anything other than Ensure in 6 weeks but I finally felt I could eat and drink something more. I also didn't have any side effects from the ketamine. After my second ketamine infusion, I felt the dark veil of suicidal depression start to lift. Revival Infusion is actually a life saver for me. I don't say that lightly. I'm looking forward to how I'm going to feel after the next four infusions.
Having ketamine infusions at Revival Infusion is one of the best health decisions and investments I have ever made for myself and ultimately for my family. Because of the ketamine infusions at Revival Infusion, I can begin to enjoy my family again. Thank you Revival Infusion and Sarah!
