Parts department is awesome. They have limited stock available but they had what I needed is stock. I was very happy as parts are hard to get lately.

Just upgraded to a Allance Paradigm could not have been happier with Kunes (pronounced koon-ezz). Robert greeted us, answered a million questions. Chris, so thoughtful was our sales rep. Scott brokered the sale and showed Hubby his personal hitch. We are still waiting for our F350 to be delivered, Kunes offered to deliver , but will be storing it for us so they can show hubby how to 5th wheel. Every person there camps, and tows. We feel like we were treated like family members. I will update with photos.

I bought a 2021 Forest River Sunseeker in March 2021. The experience was terrible and I would suggest finding another dealer for your purchase. The salesman, Danny, made a lot of promises that he didn't keep. He also told me he personally installed items on the RV that I found out were missing. He then blamed it on the service department for "their" mistake. The finance guy, Shawn, was rude and tried to lecture me about their extended warranty and if I didn't buy it I was making a huge mistake. The dealership was supposed to take care of registration and licensing and made no mention that a third party company would be involved until after I purchased it. When the third party company was unable to license or register the RV they sent me the paperwork so I could do it myself but offered no reconciliation for my time or money back that was in base purchase price. After nine months of going back and forth for warranty items and missing material from the initial walk thru I still haven't received the missing items. I involved the sales manager, Tim, and the general manager, Scott, but the dealership has gone silent. In short, if you want to purchase an "as is" new RV with no support from the dealership and standard items missing then this is your place. If you want any support and want your product to include the items you paid for in your purchase price you may want to consider going somewhere else.
**11/8/2021 UPDATE/RESPONSE
I provided a formal complaint letter to the sales manager and salesman on 10/25/2021 asking for resolution by 11/01/2021, which is eight months after I purchased this RV. I didn't even get an email response, let alone a phone call from anyone at the dealership or the auto group as a whole. If there is a desire to make this right the dealership has my contact information but I honestly don't see there being a positive resolution to this scenario given the track record to date.
