The new voice service is a total mess. Its impossible to speak to a real person. Major downgrade.

do not get a credit line, if it is attached to your account and you are late on a payment they will freeze your entire account. They wouldn't let me deposit a check into my account because I was late on a payment even though I was going to use the deposit to make a payment
