        I hesitate to call this place a dump, but man, they're in desperate need of a total renovation. Everything looks like it hasn't been touched since the 80s - filthy carpet in the hallways, dirty and ancient fixtures, a real eyesore. That said, the rooms themselves were mostly comfortable.
