Lakefront Building and Design exceeded my expectations. Quality care to detail along with their years of experience was used to construct a beautiful garage and deck. Andrew, Clayton and Spencer did a fantastic job and left a cleanly work site behind. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a timely and precise job in St. Germain and the regional north woods area.

We are more than happy to give Lakefront Building & Design a great recommendation! Owner and builder Andrew Favorite and his crew literally made our 40-year-old dream of having a cabin on a northern Wisconsin lake come true. We wanted to find a builder who would work with us on our design of a small, off-the-grid, contemporary cabin. The design was unique, and the building site is remote, so finding the right builder in northern Wisconsin willing to work with us was a challenge. The first builder we met with told us what he would do, rather than what we wanted. In contrast, Andrew listened to us and gave advice, turning our design plan into a construction plan. Andrew works alongside or closely supervises the work of his crew. The sub-contractors that he used did a great job, too. We very much appreciated Andrew’s craftsmanship, attention to detail, and methodical approach. We are very pleased with the cabin, and our family and friends who have stayed here all love it!

Andrew and his crew did an exceptional job on my remodel project! He was professional, followed through with every single thing, and even offered up a couple key improvements that made my home even better than my original plan.
His crew members kept up a clean site and the quality of their work was fantastic.
I plan on calling them for my next project and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality contractor in the Northwoods!
