I have worked with Nancy Smith twice. First in purchasing a condo in Dodgeville, Wisconsin and then in selling the same condo after my wife passed away .Both times she made the process very easy for me and she was very professional in all of her dealings. My circumstances were somewhat unusual in that I am on oxygen 100% of the time and some what house bound. As a result we were able to handle all of our transactions over the phone or via the internet which was very helpful from my standpoint. I would highly recommend her for her knowledge and experience of the real estate market in and around the Dodgeville area.

We bought our house with Nancy about 16 years ago and she did a great job as we bought it. She helped us to find the inspector, gave us guidance around the area and what to do and was very responsive. We liked her so much that when we went to sell our house we asked Nancy is she would sell it for us. She was excited to help us again! From pricing to staging to closing, Nancy was there and was so helpful. She communicated well with us and the buyers of our home. She helped us with the items that needed to be addressed prior to the sale. This was so helpful and allowed for us to comply with all of the buyers requests and also negotiate with some items that we worked through. I would highly recommend Nancy if you are looking to buy or sell a house in Wisconsin. Thanks Nancy!

My wife and I just bought our first house together and to say we have different opinions on what we want in a house is an enormous understatement. We each wanted completely different things in a house and invariably if I loved the house my wife would hate it. Nancy REALLY took the time to get to know us, answer our questions, and ask good questions of her own. She was INCREDIBLY well prepared and we always had a plan of houses we wanted to see. Most of all though, I loved how she would talk to us after each house about what we liked and didn't like. It's such a simple thing that you'd think every realtor would do but she's the only realtor I've worked with that actually did. Long story short, we asked about 1,000,000 questions and she answered each promptly. We saw more houses than I can count but never wasted a moment, and we ultimately found our dream house. We owe it all to her hard work.
