Extremely disappointed with the non-follow up to my visit last month. The specialist stated to my wife and I that hed be following up with me, after being in his office nearly 1.5 hours, and then his office computer had issues that he claimed he didnt know what was going on. He assured me hed call for a follow up and have me then come to his Madison office which he was confident the computer workedsad excuse. Needless to say I never received any follow up calls, or by mail. Shameful.

Time will tell, still need the insurance processed, all in all they are good and have a good service .
