The staff are courteous and polite. They are patient and provide information on past dental history so you can make informed decisions. The Dentist explains options and procedures thoroughly and makes sure you're comfortable during the procedure.

The staff is really nice and they do a great job. When I first started going there in 2018 I wasn't sure whether or not I'd continue with them - but they've improved SIGNIFICANTLY in the past 2-3 years! Now every visit is great (well, as great as a dental visit can be) and I feel that they're concerned about me, they listen to me and answer my questions, they provide fast and efficient preventative care, and everyone there is SO NICE! (It wasn't always that way - but it certainly is now.) I've had 3 different hygienists at Dodgeville Dental and they've all been just wonderful. Two of them were stand-ins for my regular hygienist (due to scheduling changes on my part and their efforts to work me in) and they've all been very personable and kind. Jill helped me this week and I even sent her some recipes to try. It's a nice family environment there and everyone seems genuine and down-to-earth. My wife is now switching over to Dodgeville Dental (she was going to Mineral Point - but I think she likes having a Dental Office that's a bit closer and she's encouraged by the fact that I really enjoy this one).
